What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product and customisation requirement. Tell us the product and quantity you have in mind and we'll confirm what's possible in your quote.
Can I order multiple products in one enquiry?
Yes. List each product and its quantity in the message field of the enquiry form and we'll quote them together.
Can I request a bulk corporate quote?
Yes — use Get a Quote anywhere on the site, or the Enquire Now button on any product. Every order comes with GST invoicing.
Can I request samples?
Sample availability depends on the product. Ask when you enquire and we'll tell you what's possible. Before production you review and approve a digital mockup of your branding.
Branding & customisation
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Most of our gifts can carry your logo — share it with your enquiry and we'll suggest the best way to apply it to each product.
What branding methods are available?
Six: premium embroidery, laser engraving, blind embossing, UV DTF printing, custom UV stickers and sublimation printing. The right one depends on the product's material and your design.
What file formats can I provide for my logo?
For the best branding results, please provide vector artwork in SVG or EPS format wherever possible. Please contact our team if you need help preparing your artwork.
How long does customisation take?
It depends on the product, the branding method and the quantity. We share a timeline with your quote, and you approve a digital mockup before production begins.
Can I customise gift packaging?
Packaging is part of what we handle, along with sourcing, branding and delivery. Mention what you'd like in the customisation field of the enquiry form and we'll suggest options.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch across India, in bulk or to individual addresses.
Can gifts be delivered to multiple locations?
Yes — to one office, to several offices, or to each recipient's home. Share the list of addresses with your order.
