Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or order corporate gifts from us, why we need it, and how we look after it.

Last updated: 17 October 2026

  1. What we collect

    • Your details: name, job title, work email, phone number, company name, billing address and GST details.
    • Order details: the products you choose, your branding and customisation, and payment confirmations.
    • Recipient details: names, designations and delivery addresses you share so we can deliver gifts.
    • Basic technical data: IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit.
  2. Recipients' information

If you give us details of employees, clients or other recipients, please make sure you have their permission to share them with us. We use them only to deliver your order.

  3. How we use it

    • To prepare quotes, process orders and arrange delivery.
    • To reply to your enquiries and keep you updated on your order.
    • To send occasional updates and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
    • To improve our website.
    • To meet tax and legal requirements.
  4. Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with delivery partners and service providers who help us fulfil your order (and who must keep it confidential), with authorities when the law requires it, or with a new owner if our business is ever transferred.

  5. Keeping it safe

We use secure connections and limit who can access your data. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

  6. How long we keep it

We keep client and order records for as long as our business relationship and the law require. Recipient details are kept only until delivery is confirmed, then archived or deleted.

  7. Cookies

Our website uses basic cookies it needs to work and may use analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

  8. Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visits to our website and measure how our ads perform. They use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send the contents of our enquiry forms to Google Analytics. The Meta Pixel may collect contact details you enter on our website, such as your name, email address, phone number or city, in hashed (scrambled) form, to help us measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Our website does not send the message you write in our forms to Meta, and the pixel's automatic matching looks only for contact details, not messages. If you have any questions about your privacy, email us at vishnu.panchal@innovativegifting.com.

  9. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information (unless we must keep it by law), and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

  10. Other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

  11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
