Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every quote and order with us. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Quotes
Our quotes are valid for 5 to 10 days from the date they are sent, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Payment
- 50% advance when you place the order.
- The remaining 50% before the order is dispatched.
- Late payments may be charged interest at 1.5% per month.
Branding and approvals
Before production, we send a digital proof of your branding. Production starts only after you approve it in writing by email, so please check spellings, logos and colours carefully — the approved proof is what we produce.
Delivery
Timelines start once we receive your advance payment and proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are customised or branded for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds on items without a defect.
Damaged or defective items
Please tell us about any damage or defect within 3 to 5 business days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item, or give you store credit.
Cancellations
- Before production starts: a processing fee applies.
- After production has started: the full order value is payable.
Your logo and our designs
You keep full ownership of your logo and trademarks. Designs and proposals we create for you remain ours until the order is paid in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
